Raila

Raila like they say is an enigma if not a Njamba like some call him.
This is one person who has done alot towards the fight for democracy in our country. You can hardly talk about second liberation with out talking about Agwambo.
As any one will tell, this man should be given a chance to prove what he has really been fighting for. I strongly believe that he has a vision for this country. Let us give him an opportunity to prove his worth. Otherwise we will never know what he really has been fighting for.

Littering

There are alot of issues happening in this town that need to be answered, the major one being the demolition of the just instituted Khadija girls secondary school in Kisauni which was constructed by funds from the public coffers( CDF) as a matter of fact it is claimed that the project had already sunk down 1.7M.
Well if a project of that magnitude could not be saved from a private developer then a lot beg to be answered, this is a clear picture that even the Government is never serious with its own projects.
Let us clearly look at this matter, what kind precautions are taken before a project can be initiated, is there some kind of vetting done before a project is given a clean bill of health, if yes then someone somewhere did not do his work properly and that someone should now be facing the law and dancing to the tune of our justice.
Secondly Mombasa is a Major tourist attraction centre in our country Kenya and yet being keen on its environment then one wonders what the municipal council is doing. Driving along Kisauni route towards Bamburi one encounters a huge dumping site just beside the road and to make matters worse, this is the same place which the current MP has an office, as if this is not enough right in the middle of the town centre a meeting rubbish scattered all over the town is never news it is a sight we the people of Mombasa are used to.
Imagining all these with the coming International Marathon then things really to be sped up and done in time to avoid the last minute rush. The preparations too have to done with professional advise not just felling down trees as in the case that we have been experiencing.

GO Wanjiru GO........

After watching and monitoring the saga which our Bishop Wanjiru found herslf in just the other day and her political ambition one can't just help but read alot into the all scenario. Alot of questions can't help but spring up, could it have been her political plan to get settled down the right way in the family way so as to win a political mileage or was she just settling down with the Cupid who had won her heart and decided to walk down the aisle with her true love? or was it just a matter of coincidence that these two impotant things in her life decided to come up together almost simulitaniously?
After seeing what the Bishop has been able to achieve it is only practical to read one thing into her life; great ladies like Bishop Wanjiru are people who have been acustomed to taking two or more steps at one go.
And so i was not amazed at all when i read about Asunta's conception and delivery of the bouncing baby boy in the yesterday Daily Nation. For begginers Asunta is the chairlady of Kenya Association of Women Living with H.I.V/AIDS who has been living with the virus for the last 19 years.
One thing is common with these two ladies, apart from being Leaders they are women who hold key positions in our our country. As well as they are people who have beaten all the odds to make what they have become today.
We all Know that it was not easy for them to reach where they are today.
As a matter of fact we keep on encouraging you people especially women who are at the fore front of fighting for the liberation of our marginalised women who do not have a voice loud enough to speak or drive a point home.
For Bishop Wanjiru following what you stand for in the community and the country at large. Do not stop just push on we are praying for you for God to help you fight this war it is not easy but only the persistent will win. Go Wanjiru GO....

Friends

Friends friends this is a time to sit down and meditate on God's love that has been abundant to us and in all circumstances. to be honest friends how many of us take their time and precious moments to think a bout the disadvantaged in our society.
We have become so busy rushing and ever late with our own problems that we can hardly spare a minute to remember those who really need us. we can hardly spare a second to sit down with sick near us, the disable, the orphans, widows and the less privileged.
God never placed them in our midst for us to ignore them and have our way, but he intentionally placed them so that we can share with them what we have and make them feel at home.
I have seen people busy going through their businesses and yet just passing a disable next to them (disabled) with struggling with something that in their own physical setup cannot take them more than 2 minutes to perform, equally sometime we ignore children whom we interact with every day without sparing a thought that some of them could be orphans who could be in need of our help.
In short lets stop being too busy that we forget those who really need us.
Today just take a minute and think about them and how we can share the very little we have.

Push On

Thanking God for his everlasting love, care, protection and even his grace which enables us go through tough moments in life is one that can not be over emphasised.
I can not help but be amazed at the kind of hope that God has put into every soul that breathes in this world. It is therefore amazing that human beings are the only special beings which are able to communicate and drive a point home regardless of their age, sex, colour or geographical boundaries that keep us apart. With today's technology the world which was very far, big, wide and unreachable has become a global village which distance is not a problem any more to people who have something to share.
Looking at the facts that i have mentioned above i am therfore pursuaded that these can be very strong tools to help us reach the world with the good news of Jesus Christ.
Please brethren use these tools to spread the Gospel of the comming of our Lord Jesus christ.
Tell the world of his good tidings and his never ending love everytime you get an orppotunity to meet them.
Brethren keep on working the good work of the Lord knowing very well thatour Lord Jesus Christ is neither a thief nor a robber he will pay you richly according to his richness in glory.
